Delete your account.
You can permanently delete your Zabeau account and all of your data at any time — from inside the app, or by asking us.
Zabeau is operated by Zasenami.
Deleting your account is permanent and immediate. It removes your profile and everything you’ve logged. This is self-serve inside the Zabeau app — no email or waiting required.
Delete from inside the app
The fastest way — takes a few seconds:
- Open the Zabeau app and sign in.
- Go to the Coach tab → the settings icon, or open Settings & privacy from your profile.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted right away.
Can't sign in? Ask us
If you can’t access the app, email privacy@zabeau.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify it’s you and delete your account and data within 30 days (usually much sooner). You can also reach support@zabeau.app.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in identifier, and your email address.
- All fitness & nutrition data you entered — food and macros, training routines and sets, body weight, water, and any body-scan numbers.
- Your AI coach conversation history and any saved plans.
- Your app preferences and settings.
What we keep, and for how long
After deletion, the only things retained are records we’re legally required to keep:
- Purchase / transaction records needed for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. These are handled by Apple or Google (the payment processors), not stored with your health data, and are retained only as long as the law requires.
- Health-scrubbed diagnostics. Crash and reliability logs never contain your health or nutrition data, and are retained on a short rolling window before automatic deletion.
Encrypted backups that may briefly contain your data are purged within 30 daysof deletion. Your subscription itself is managed by the App Store / Google Play — cancel it there so it doesn’t renew.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove data. Inside the app you can delete individual entries at any time — any logged food or meal, training set or session, weigh-in, or water entry — by opening the item and choosing delete. Removing an entry deletes it permanently and keeps the rest of your account intact.
